The bike is awesone, we got a t7 for new year. The original package got damaged and there was confusion for a while on where my package was (a new ebikewas sent and received) Customer service is not responsive immediately on their online store. Customer service could be WAY better.

I’ve been using my Gforce for a few weeks now, and it’s been amazing! Smooth ride, great power, and decent range. My only downside is the weight, but it's not too bad since you can grab it from a certain area for better support. Definitely recommend, but it would be even better if the instructions were clearer to make assembly easier.

Ghost Pedaling kicks in around 15mph so if you wanna go fast AND pedal this isn't the bike for you, However the throttle goes past 20 mph on its own. It looks awesome, but the parts are mid quality. My brake sensor was faulty and I'm still waiting for a response (this barely occurred today, but it was on my first ride)
