Never received anything have my crypto exchange numbers to prove I paid for it and never received anything, I paid 176 dollars to get beat, can someone help me get ahold of these guys

Don’t use it’s a scam never arrived poor customer service

Absolutely horrible I have order three times twice I got nothing. This last time my order took a month and half I got the run around and no where. This last time I spent $600 and $150 For premium shipping only to get a clear ripped up envelope that said customs got it . I was thinking it would be replaced no I was told she never knew if any photos although I sent them two times before now. I am convinced this is a scam ! It’s not insured at all like it seems when I asked for a reshipment I can get a straight answer but seems like they expect more I’m waiting to hear after I resent the photos

They say they ship to the US, but this is NOT true. My parcel never arrived and was not confiscated by US customs or anything. They are simply EU-based and allow US customers to buy; however, they do not ship the packages. You will only receive your package if you are within the EU. I am vouching for my experience here and several others on Reddit. So again, unless you are based in the EU, you will get scammed, hence the mixed reviews.

I have 4 orders I have not received. Using 4 different phones emails and address. When I paid for the extra special rate. I can't get a tracking number out of the guy.

So I did not properly pay for my order but fxchemlabs.com took all the funds I sent and never sent order our gave my funds back in witch I have proof of funds leaving my account an never getting my order our my funds back. So I reached out to them well through alot of horrible customer service in witch I was completely in surprise witch I have proof. I was told my order was sent an that thair is no guarantee I receive it. Way past the shipping time I reach out again an ask for my funds back an Thay told me my order was now to old for them to look into. Wow so vary unprofessional. I'm mostly just stocked at the business ethic an extreme sense of being scamed. I honestly don't understand how this is even a business.

non-delivery. I have sent emails reply was always they will take care of it now 2 month past I have written every 2nd week and now get the reply that it is too old.... 700eur spent for nothing ... I buy never by this

Casper needs to know what customer service is all about,because he shows NO tact,diplomacy, or respect!!!My bitcoin was taken and my order cancelled in April and I want this resolved! I can't believe how this company has changed,and not for the better! I'm extremely disappointed, and so are quite a few people I know,because of unfulfilled orders. Why should the customer NOT complain when their money is taken with nothing to show for it.
