Liars, Thieves, Frauds, Scammers

UPDATE 2: Joan from Customer Service reached out to me. I have finally received a refund, and I appreciate them correcting the issue. UPDATE to address their reply below: I have been in constant contact with your company on a daily basis, and have provided the requested information multiple times. Reviews are my last option as you have ignored my previous requests for a refund and return shipping label. I will happily provide all previous correspondence. I stand by my opinion that your company is fraudulent, unethical, and a complete SCAM operation. I bought into the hype and decided to try their disposal cleaners. After purchasing the disposal cleaner, they immediately offered me a dishwasher cleaner. I thought, "why not". Immediately, like instantly, I realized that they sold me 4 packs not 1 like I thought, and I immediately reached out to their customer service. "Jeff" tried to pitch me at least 3 other items, but then said that he was able to stop the shipment of 4, and reduce it to one. Imagine my surprise when I received an email from "Jeff" the following day stating that the shipment had been processed and could not be stopped. There is no way the shipment took place in the less than a minute it took me to reach out to customer support. I logged onto my PayPal account to discover that they also enrolled me in a recurring shipment. Now, I just want my money back. The shipment arrived. It sits unopened. I will NEVER use a product from this company. They have requested a return for a refund. Fair enough, but I cannot get them to send me a shipping label. Beware of these liars, thieves, frauds, and scammers, and especially "Jeff". I may never get my money back, but I will make it my mission to warn against them on every platform I can find.

I have tried to reach by email and by phone call. Even after they provide the I am sorry this happened. I have gotten the "a ticket has been created someone will contact you in 24 hours" This is ridiculous. You should be able to fill out a form to return your order as long as it is un opened. They give you 30 days from delivery. This is how they scam you and not let you return is they make you wait 29 days and then tell you, your too late.

FUUGU AND ME
I EMPTIED MY DISHWASHER AFTER IT WAS FINISHED AND THEN USED THE FUUGU TABLET WITH THE DISHWASHER EMPTY. THEN WHEN I WENT TO DO A NEW LOAD NOTICED THE DRAIN AT BOTTOM OF WASHER WAS CLEAR AND SMELLED FRESH COMPARED TO PREVIOUS USE OF DISHWASHER. I BELIEVE THE DSHWASHER WAS FLUSHED OUT WITH THE FUUGU TABLET/

They didn't do anything
They didn't do anything. I've purchased other brands that don't do much and these were more of the same. A bit of gunk and grime around gaskets. Bitbof film on inside. Fuguu did nothing to to remove any of this.

I can tell a huge difference after…
I can tell a huge difference after using tablet in my dishwasher. No more odor and it cleaned/freshened it like I had hoped it would.
