Future POS was great in transitioning us to the new credit card system. There were a few problems with the connection at first, but they were right on top of it and solved the issues immediately. As a restaurant owner & operator, it can be very frustrating when things are working properly during a busy Friday night, but they are always there for us 24/7 which is what I love about the company. Need more options for competitive credit card processors. Rates to High.

Layout works well with our menu, any problems with the system, Fitzhugh communication sorts it out as quickly as possible. We have used FPOS for 4.5 years.

Fitzhugh has been great to work with. However, the Future POS at our new location has been plagued of bugs.
