Some items in my order were canceled, and I haven’t received a refund yet. I would have appreciated being informed so that I could decide whether to cancel the entire order or choose something else as a replacement. I just sent an email to customer support, and I hope to get answers soon.

My recent order came and the package was ripped, the actual vitamins were broke open in the envelope. Can you please send another shipment?

No contact info except email. No responses after sending emails each day regarding change of shipping address until the package was received by unknown. Not happy with this business.
