Great service and great lenses!

Easy process ordering. Excellent quality. The lens quality is as good if not better than Costa’s-for polycarbonate. These are replacing 580 glass 7 mile. Thinking what else I can replace now.

When I placed my order I inadvertently ordered the wrong lenses. I contacted FUSE customer service and they immediately ordered the right lenses, I received them in about 4 days which I feel was outstanding. Once again they really do strive to provide excellent quality lenses and just as important outstanding customer service. If I need to order anything else it will definitely from FUSE! Thanks again guys!!

Kayla helped me out and was absolutely indispensable at finding an order from nine years ago and processing my warranty on my lenses. I have ordered many from you and will continue to do so especially based on her great Customer Service!

I was shocked at how fast the reply was to my issue, especially after normal business hours. The customer service rep Kayla immediately addressed and solved the issue, and explained everything. I couldn’t be more pleased so far with my experience.

Response from customer service email was less than 24 hours. My replacement frames shipped same day. That is tough to beat. This is why I use Fuze. I have never been disappointed.
