I worked the F-35 program as a systems engineer and understand the importance of the lens choice. In this case I ordered the PRO Midnight Blue lenses and found them to be dark. I put in a request to exchange them for the Rose Gold lenses. A Return Material Authorization was generated which covered the shipping cost and an order was also generated for the replacement lenses. The new lenses work great for the Florida sunshine, they are durable (sand tends to wear them out) and they are stylish. Great product and customer service.

Finally a good customer service experience at Fuselenses.com. I emailed with an address issue and a coupon code issue. Within an hour or so I had a staff member email me back to help. A+ standard for excellent customer service. This a the company you'll want to do business with. Very happy customer.

what made this great customer service is as soon as I realized I had the wrong lenses I contacted Fuse with my problem. They wrote back immediately and we started the process of replacement. I had ordered the wrong style for my Costas'. They suggested we exchanged lenses so that's what we did. Process very painless and rewarding. Thank you Fuse and Kayla.
