LumibricksReviews of funwhole.com

Normally great products but we’re already missing parts by page 7 and again page 15. This kit is very expensive and I would have expected better quality control. My young son has saved up for a long time for the kit and is upset that he can’t build it.

I bought the twilight motel set and found numerous pieces missing. You can contact them by scanning the qr code then filling an online questionnaire and uploading photos. If I did this the build would take much longer.

I received the set I ordered. However, I am particularly disappointed with the delivery. The box was simply wrapped in plastic to affix the delivery label. I received the package with two holes in the box. I wanted to keep the box for this set, which will only be used during the holiday season. I am disappointed with the quality of the shipping. In return, Lumibricks offered me a €3 voucher. I hope this will change with the next shipping

Directions were not precise. I can't assemble... all the pieces don't match the book. Very disappointed!

It took weeks for me to get my order. And when I tried to cancel, no response till after the order arrived. The product itself is great but I’m not happy with the delay in ordering. It was my first purchase on the Lumibticks site. I usually order from Amazon. After my experience, I think I’ll continue ordering from Amazon.

I have a string of broken lights for the Aurora kit. Sent a message thru messenger to Lucas. I know you guys are busy but does anyone have a timeline.for a replacement???

Haven’t gotten it yet love the products but i tried emailing about a promotion got one email telling me to email them again just to get ignored
