The couch cover is very nice and delivered timely. This is the 5th one we hsve purchased The.prior ones the.workmanship was a.little lacking. I have had.to.sew the edging around them as when washed they come apart. This.one.looks better than the Prior.

Great my little dog loves her rug and toy

I ordered a dog bed (Order #FF542703S) and received it damaged — the bag was clearly cut with a knife, most likely during packing. I contacted support immediately on February 24, 2025, the day after delivery. I included detailed photos of the cuts and asked for a simple exchange. They initially replied that the issue had been forwarded to the “appropriate team” — but since then, nothing. I followed up, and on March 7, they replied again saying they hadn’t heard back from their own team. It is now April 3, and I still haven’t received a replacement, refund, or any meaningful update. That’s more than a month of silence for a cut-up product I paid full price for. I loved the look of the bed and wanted a working one — not something ruined with a blade! But the complete lack of follow-through is unacceptable. FunnyFuzzy: either send me a new one or refund me — stop ignoring your customers.

After ordering dog bed 19/03/25 i am still waiting on delivery.. i would not of ordered had i realised the 5 to 12 days was fiction.. or that item was from China!! Especially as i feel duped into thinking was UK made. After your response on here i am now certain you dupe the public, i contacted you twice chasing tis order, Tracking went live on the 3rd April its still in China!!! I its not like its cheap either i could of get a car bed seat for £20 less and received it within the week. but i thought yours was prettier. ive learnt my lesson. just hurry up & deliver it please.

Sure wish the 3 items would have been shipped together as designated. Now waiting for the remaining 2 items. A packing slip would have been nice.
