Very disappointed,bought this for our great granddaughter for Christmas and the neck doesn't work and you can't understand any repeated words they're all slurred.

Dodgy cheap packaging, toy giraffe we purchased came broken. No response from the company.

Order placed on the 5th od October and it was delivered on the 16th but 22miles away. Communication stopped after 2nd email received saying that are looking in to it and I should look around and ask neighbours, I guess in a radius of 22miles, lol. File a claim with bank.

First time and last time I will use this company,parcel crushed including contents upon delivery,tried to get refund and email won't even send to them 🫣,thanks for nothing stay well clear
