Our portfolio is largely composed of 20,000+ well-located residential units and eCommerce-centric industrial assets.Venture — Investing in high-growth private technology companies has proven to be one of the best-performing strategies of the last 50 years. A lot has changed since then. Over 2 million people now use Fundrise and we manage nearly $3 billion in equity across real estate, private credit, and venture capital. It’s hard to believe how far we’ve come. But our mission remains the same. It’s what drives us to continue eliminating barriers, developing new investments, and working tirelessly to make this the best investing experience you’ve ever had. I highly recommend Fundrise as a great way to get into real estate investing through their many different funds. They offer a unique solution with low fees and high transparency when in comes to real estate investing and REITs. This is the future of investing.

Fundrise has the best investment experience and user interface I have ever used. The fact that you can see and read about each property that your money is invested in is fascinating. Not to mention I've had an average ROI of about 18% quarterly. The only thing that I'm hoping they add soon is automatic investments from my bank account. But I just emailed them a few days ago and they responded within 30 minutes to tell me that they are adding that feature soon! Fundrise is the future of investing for non-millionaires. Thank you for changing the game forever and making real estate investment accessible to the masses.

I've been investing with Fundrise for almost 2 years and am very pleased with their product and service. Their investment platform online is very well done. It's easy to use and understand. If you are looking for above average returns backed by real estate, this is the way to go.

I've been extraordinarily pleased with Fundrise both in terms of the returns versus other REITs and management's transparency/communications. I think their business model is a slam dunk and while there's risk anywhere you invest, I have yet to find something with a return in this range that seems so stable and promising. I have $ in 5 of their funds. Love this company.
