If you're looking for a way to invest in real estate without the high costs and low returns of publicly traded REITs, Fundrise is definitely the company to beat. I've been an investor for less than a year and my returns have been great! As a non-accredited investor, Fundrise continues to out perform many of my other investments. The staff is professional and responsive. I was initially sold on the company's vision and I have not been disappointed.

I have been very pleased with the communication, low fees, and transparency of Fundrise. I have had a great return on my investment and feel confident in the leadership in place.

As a small investor Fundrise enabled me to invest in real estate with a modest amount of funds. They were very responsive to any questions I had and helpful in suggesting the types of real estate I might want to invest in. The return on my investment has been in the upper range of their estimates. It was initially difficult to participate in a fund, but with the addition of different funds focusing on different geographical and economic segments, this problem has somewhat abated. The company is very responsive to suggestions from their investors, providing an automatic reinvestment program for received dividends, and developing a fair process whereby investors initially shut out of their IPO, could make an investment, without the initial IPO investors being negatively impacted.
