My only problem is just too many glove choices,but some times that's a good thing.

It sometimes seems to take a really long time to get some of my orders. Sometimes they come quick, but there are too many times they take a long time to get here.

The jacket we purchased did not fit well and the company did not want it returned but said to donate it and gave us full credit. Shows that this company is very considerate and thoughtful of the poor and helpful We are donating the jacket to veterans that need it.

Everything was great and easy, except it took longer than expected to receive the items.

Fast shipping. Very good Emails about shipping. Good prices. Everything listed is in stock. I only gave it 4 stars because they didn't have the size I wanted.

I continually buy gloves and based upon my satisfaction I plan to continue.

The only complaint I have is the shipping was a little slow but I'm not upset because I pefer USPS or UPS. So knowing it will take a little longer with USPS. I no longer shop with any company that chooses to use FedEx as their shipper. I would not have purchased here if that had been the case.

We love using your gloves, they are really durable. The shipping is what takes the longest.
