About FullScopeMD
FullScopeMD is a U.S.-based telehealth patient support platform helping individuals access physician-guided medical weight management and wellness programs through a convenient online experience. We connect patients with independent licensed medical providers and partner pharmacies while providing clear, responsive support throughout their journey. Patients can request an online medical evaluation from a licensed provider who independently determines whether treatment is medically appropriate based on the patient's medical history, individual needs, and applicable state requirements. When clinically appropriate and prescribed by a licensed provider, treatment options may include GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide or tirzepatide. Treatment availability, eligibility, medication selection, and prescribing decisions are determined solely by the evaluating medical provider.FullScopeMD helps patients navigate program-related services before, during, and after enrollment. Our support team can explain program processes, assist with general questions and refill requests, help facilitate communication with participating providers and pharmacies, and provide ongoing non-clinical support throughout the program. We believe accessing medical weight management should be straightforward, supportive, and transparent. Program pricing is presented upfront, with no separate consultation, membership, or standard shipping fees charged through the FullScopeMD platform.FullScopeMD does not diagnose, prescribe, manufacture, or dispense medications and does not replace a patient's primary care physician. Prescriptions are issued only when an independent licensed medical provider determines treatment is medically appropriate, and prescribed medications are fulfilled by appropriately licensed partner pharmacies. Our goal is to make the telehealth experience easier to navigate by providing patients with clear information, responsive human support, transparent program processes, and convenient ac
