Excellent company. I could easily find the item (much easier than I expected) and they delivered it, no matter the low price.

Buyer beware!!!! when ordering electronics from full compass, they overcharge you on taxes and also on shipping. And since you are unable to sample any electronic devices, if you happen to dislike it or it is not what you expected There will be a fifteen percent restocking fee plus you pay shipping back to full compass. In my case, for example, if you buy a $29 product, it ends up costing you $50 to receive it due to their (own) tax percentage, also for their (own) shipping costs And if by chance you're dissatisfied by the time they nickel and dime you to return it, you will come out with about $5 back to you. It's a scam so please beware.

I recently ran into two separate issues with a pair of older studio monitors that I purchased nearly five years ago. Both units began failing in different ways, so I opened support tickets with the manufacturer and with Full Compass. Within 24 hours, Full Compass responded with a clear, expedited, and very reasonably priced plan to resolve the issues. I was able to move forward immediately with their solution. Part 1 of 2 was delivered today (Feb 19). Customer support is critical to the strength of a brand and the long-term trust of its customers. Full Compass demonstrated exactly what responsive, solutions-oriented service should look like. Although the other required part will take an estimated 4–6 weeks to arrive, I have full confidence that once it is available, they will ship it promptly. I truly appreciate the quick turnaround, professionalism, and clarity throughout this process. My experience has been outstanding, and I wanted others to know what a fantastic company Full Compass is to work with. ~Christian
