Fulfillrite is a third-party logistics (3PL) provider that has helped eCommerce and crowdfunding brands ship more than 20 million orders since 2010. We fulfill from three facilities across Lakewood, New Jersey and Salt Lake City, Utah and give brands fast, coast-to-coast delivery within the U.S., plus international shipping for backers and customers abroad. We specialize in small, lightweight products and support everyone from first-time founders to brands shipping tens of thousands of orders a month, and we've handled more than 3,500 crowdfunding campaigns across Kickstarter, Indiegogo, BackerKit, and Gamefound. What clients value most is the combination that's usually hard to find in one place: a dedicated account manager who knows your business, same-day shipping, real-time inventory in our own software, and simple month-to-month terms with no setup fee.Accuracy is where it shows up most. We ship at a 99.8% order accuracy rate, so your customers get what they ordered and you spend less time on reshipments and complaints. New brands also get hands-on onboarding and a real point of contact from day one, which matters most when you're shipping your first campaign or pushing through your busiest season of the year. From your first 100 orders to your next major launch, we keep fulfillment accurate, fast, and personal.

Fulfillrite has delivered two sets of Kickstarter rewards for our company, and they have done an amazing job each time. Charlie and Joe lead a great team who are professional and very responsive to questions. They are ready to start delivering right away, even the day the product arrives. And they can ship out 1,500 packages in under 3 days, even with 7 different SKU's.

Hi, Andrew! Thank you for leaving a kind review. It's a pleasure to work with you and we hope you continue to see success on Kickstarter!
We are an international board game publisher and were looking for a reputable fulfillment center in the US. We found Fulfillrite based out of NJ. We decided to go with this company after doing some research and talking with the Joe Rabinowitz, the Director of Operations. He was completely upfront and explained the process completely and simply. Any time we had a question, Joe responded immediately with a clear and concise reply. We can not say enough about the professionalism and expertise associated with Fulfillrite and Joe Rabinowitz. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional fulfillment center with very competitive pricing structure. You will be glad you did! S. Strickland with Outer Limit Games

Fulfillrite offer a brilliant service. Excellent communications and take great care and attention with all our orders. Our products often require extra handling due to its fragile nature. This is processed and handled by Fulfillrite easily and without any fuss.

We understand how nerve-wracking it can be ship fragile products! We're happy to take extra time packing them carefully so your customers have a pleasant unboxing experience. Thank you for the kind review! We wish you continued success in business.
I received an excellent service from these guys. I set up my account and sent them my inventory, but unfortunately I wasn't able to fulfill orders due to a change in the direction of our business. Fulfillrite were quick to ship my inventory to Amazon FBA and close my account without hassle. When we are ready to use a 3rd party fulfillment service again in future, we are definitely going back to Fulfillrite.
