Completely pleased
I've been a customer with Fulcrum Biometrics for about five years now, and in that time Kathleen has become so much more than a representative to me. She has been a genuine champion for my business. Running Project Pardon LLC here in Connecticut, and now expanding into deeper fingerprint capabilities, means I need partners I can trust completely, and Kathleen has been exactly that. She is honest, she is reliable, and she is always encouraging. Without ever setting out to be one, she has become a true mentor to me, guiding my growth in ways I never expected. I also want to recognize the IT team, Dana and Rosa. They have made every technical interaction easy and stress-free, always attentive to detail and quick to resolve any concern I've had. Between five years of Kathleen's mentorship and support, and the reliability of Dana and Rosa on the technical side, I have been able to grow my business in ways I never imagined possible. Fulcrum Biometrics feels less like a vendor and more like a true partner in my success. Thank you to this incredible team.
