I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I even dealt with this company. I canceled my subscription and they kept billing me. I had to turn for fraud AMEX, which I had never had to do before. They’re the most horrible company ever had to deal with. there’s no phone number there’s no email hopefully they get shut down.

My experience raised serious concerns about how they handle customers and billing. There is no phone number listed anywhere on their site, and email is the only contact channel offered. After my initial exchange, they stopped responding entirely. I canceled my delivery. Despite that cancellation, I was charged full price and the food was shipped anyway. My follow-up emails about the charge went unanswered. Separately, the product itself did not hold up. Meal quality was poor, and portion sizes appeared inconsistent with the macronutrient figures listed on their site. Taken together, the lack of accessible support, the charge after cancellation, and a product that does not match its own description are why I will not order again and why I would encourage others to look elsewhere.

Received food poisoning

I ordered and the meals came a week late. I ate some of the meals. Not all of them taste good. Most of them don't taste good. I was disappointed. I cancelled before the next shipment. However, the shipped anyway and billed my card. I tried to resolve this informing them that under the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Rule (16 CFR Part 435) , a seller must issue a full refund for any order canceled by the customer before shipment. The charge therefore constituted a billing error as defined under 15 USC § 1666(b)(3) —specifically, a "reflection on a statement of goods or services not accepted by the obligor." I had to get my bank involved and I reported to their credit card processor. The food is poor quality and so is the customer service and shipping. Avoid them at all costs.

The food is decent, well portioned and prepared well. My issue has been with the delivery of the food. I've only had three orders, the first one arrived without issue; the second arrived damaged and warm, and was advised by fuelmeals to discard all of the food as it was unsafe to consume; the third order never arrived at all. Don't trust this company.

I bought these meals with the hope they would be great meal replacement for me at work. Instead, aside from a couple of the meals, they all tasted horrible. I also find it interesting that they have no clear path to leave reviews on their website as well. They claim to have high reviews, but from who since you can’t leave and the ones you find all other review pages are very poor. I too tried to reach out to them about some issues with an order and delivery. I received a very vague response and was charged full price the next day with no explanation. This meal replacement company, is not serious about giving the customer a great product and should be avoided at all cost.

I received incorrect items in multiple orders, and the quality of the chicken products was extremely disappointing. The meat was tough, rubbery, and appeared to be very low grade. After experiencing these issues across three separate orders, I canceled my subscription.

First time trying fuelmeals. I have had other meal preps with great meals, but I wanted to try something new. They looked good as advertised. Some of the meals were great, but the rice that they made in these meals got me sick, and I threw up for the next 2 days. I would not recommend fuelmeals. I am going back to my previous meal prep.
