Dear Colleagues, I had an issue with some positions, that were closed by the system automatically before reaching the SL of allowed risk percentage. FTUk invited me then to a video call, Chris Miles from FTUK gave a very informative session and promised me to reimburse the losses from the closures by system error. Also I could learn my learning mistakes and have a better understanding now. Quite happy, that the FTUK team cares about issues of every single trader. I am looking forward to a bright future with my FTUK account. I must confess, that I reacted a bit emotional to my first post, however, FTUK needs also time to analyze everything properly in order to find a solution. Thank you, FTUK support team! Ridvan

The FTUK Company changed trading conditions, when I had passed instant aggressive plan first level I win right to withdraw my split, but they didn't paid. Trading rules changed that distracted me it's so sad 😌

I recently had the opportunity to partner with FTUK.com to fund my trading activities, and I must say, my experience has been truly outstanding. From the on-boarding process to setting up my trading account, it was all very clear and well explained. Very disappointing experience. I had paid for many instant funding accounts and failed them then i paid for one of their aggressive accounts and it seemed to work for me as I was profitable and hit my target to level 1 and 2. However when I hit level 2 FTUK wrote me an email stating that they assessed my account and even though I hit my target I was inconsistent and on that ground that is a violation of their trading rules as I only hit their target on one trade. I thought this was crazy! Whether I traded 1 pair or 10 the fact that my stoploss was at the maximum required level or in profit, my lot sizes were kept below standard (0.1 to 0.5), I did not get closed out by their algorithm/system during my trade and I hit my target those were enough reasons to move me to a level 3 account. Yet they insisted that I was inconsistent. It still baffles me today. I requested my full payout and they were suggesting that I put some of that money to pay for another account and leave some as a buffer in the current one or change my account type altogether with a tighter stop loss. I could not believe what they were suggesting. However I wanted my full payout and move to level 3 but they decided if I get my full payout they will end their relationship with me and they did just that and closed my account. They stopped answering my calls, emails and even the instant chats. I felt shattered! I therefore warn all traders take note of my experience and stay away from this company!

I have been with ftuk for over 4 months now and I’m truly impressed by their level of service. Payouts are always smooth and fast and their customer support is truly incredible. I would like to thank the team and can recommend ftuk anyone else who’s looking for a reliable prop firm!

I have tried ftuk 3 times in the past and failed their tests. After upgrade of my trading strategy, i tried again lately encouraged by their April promo. I managed to pass the test without a DD on their capital and was even hoping to upgrade the account when i got a rather slow response from them the next day saying that i will be permitted to take level 2 without a profit split withdrawal on level 1 and with more strict and specifically tailored rules not seen on their site. All this as a result of a couple soft breaches on max percentage risk per trade. It is important to note that typically a soft breach results in immediate closure of trade (which they did) or a warning (which they also did) and never such dire consequences esp not willing to pay a profit share (very suspicious). I have responded to their email and they have scheduled a zoom meeting on Monday for the issue to be discussed. However i will be updating this review after the meeting. --------------------------------- After the proposed meeting and further internal considerations by FTUK, the issues have been amicably resolved and they have decided to pay my profit split. They have however enacted in my opinion a more reasonable consequence for my soft breach. Note to all (take the risk management rule seriously). I've therefore updated this review to a 4 star pending payment and future relationships wherein which I will further update. Thus far I'm satisfied with their service.
