Hi Tim, Thanks for taking the time to put together such a great review, it really means a lot to us. We especially appreciate your comments given your experience across multiple prop firms and the fact you’ve successfully received several payouts with us. That kind of long-term feedback carries real weight. We’ve worked hard to make our rules clear, fair, and transparent, with no hidden or “made-up” conditions, so it’s great to hear that this has stood out to you. Just as importantly, our support team takes real pride in being responsive, helpful, and respectful - because when traders need support, they need confidence that someone is genuinely there to help. We’re also glad you value the scaling plan. Our goal has always been to give good traders the opportunity to build something meaningful and sustainable over time, exactly as it should be. Thank you again for your trust and continued commitment to FTUK, we’re proud to have you trading with us. FTUK Support Team

Dear Customer, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and we are genuinely concerned our new Lightning Challenge didn't meet your expectations. Regarding the consistency scoring for the program, it is clearly detailed in the FAQs section for that program: https://faq.ftuk.com/en/articles/13251699-what-is-the-lightning-challenge Many of our clients have found consistency scoring to be beneficial to their trader development, however we also understand not everyone wants to operate an account with this form of risk management attached. So we do offer a range of other accounts that don't have consistency scoring which we'd be happy to explain to you in more detail. It's not been possible to locate your details on our system so we have reached out to you privately here on Trustpilot. If you can supply your contact details the support team will be in touch with you as soon as is possible. Kind regards FTUK

Dear Himani, We’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your experience, but we do need to clarify a few important points for accuracy. First, we can confirm that you did not contact our support team by email at any point to report platform issues or request assistance other than one enquiry with help to setup your account. We are always happy to investigate and help resolve problems when traders reach out directly. Second, after reviewing your account activity: On Day 1, your account made a profit of $1,503.00 On Day 2, the account incurred a loss of -$5,062.50 This loss resulted in the account reaching the maximum drawdown limit, which led to the account being closed in line with the program rules and conditions. Regarding the platform: Our futures platform supports standard risk management tools, and thousands of traders use it daily without issue. A take-profit (TP) not being set is not a system limitation and can be managed via order tickets, brackets, or presets depending on the setup. If there was confusion around configuration, this is exactly the type of issue our support team can help with had we been contacted. We welcome all feedback, but in this case the account closure was not due to a platform failure, and instead reflects a lack of risk management that caused the drawdown limit to be exceeded. All rules are clearly outlined before purchase and are applied consistently to every trader. If you’d still like assistance reviewing the platform or understanding the rules better, our support team remains available via email via [email protected]. Kind regards, FTUK
