As a brand, we are inspired by nature and committed to preserving the environment by creating designs that breathe new life into reclaimed materials, and have been recognized within the industry for our ability to balance low emissions manufacturing with an eye for urban design. FROM THE SOURCE is a complete vertical venture in that we source and manufacture all of our own products at our factory in Indonesia. By having full control of our production process and through the use of low technology manufacturing, we are able to design and produce handcrafted items, as well as custom pieces.

People working the showroom and staffing phones are very pleasant, but the follow through is lacking. I wasn't notified when products arrived for pick up. Once I got things home I found that screws were missing. I asked for the screws to be mailed but customer service never got back to me. The table, chairs and benches I purchased over the years have been good, but it seems that staffing is a weak link
