The shoe options were very wide and more than likely appealed to a wide variety of tastes. I certainly found styles that appealed to me and feel like I purchased a unique style of shoe.

Thank you for liking our shoes, we will try our best to release more nice and special shoes.
my merchandise was delivered late and once I did receive it, it was damaged. Their policy states that if you receive damage merchandise from the manufacturer that they will refund you for the return. I have currently opened a dispute because they are unwilling to fulfill their policy, in addition the company did not refund me all my money for the merchandise that once again I received damaged. I have reached out several times only to receive generic responses. If I knew better, I would’ve done better and not purchase from this merchant. however, lesson learned. Again, I would Not recommend buying from this company as the pictures of the merchant’s merchandise look more expensive than they are. The reason why I received damaged goods is because the material is cheap. Honestly, the shoes are not even worth $130. This is the real reason why I received damage shoes. I stand behind my review.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused. Our shoes are handcrafted, which takes longer to produce, resulting in a later delivery. The issue you described was due to packaging, and the shoe was wrinkled—not damaged. Regarding the refund, the $2.70 difference is from the optional "Worry-Free Purchase" insurance you selected at checkout, which is non-refundable and charged by a third party. Our shoes are handmade with care, and we strive to offer quality products. We appreciate your comments and will continue working to improve our service.
Customer service was great - they responded promptly and gave me a good sense of when the order would be completed and shipped. Arrived earlier than expected. And my partner loved the products when they arrived.

I have never been so impressed with an online shopping website. The boots I ordered were absolutely gorgeous & to my disappointment..the side zipper was broken . I sent an inquiry to return..& to my surprise..customer support said pick another pair…& I chose custom sizing for only $50 & they are being handmade by the factory to my sizing..unbelievable!!! Definitely use this website!!

FSJ shoes has been a pleasure to work with. I ordered 2 pair of shoes that ended up not fitting properly. They were extremely prompt in responding and very generous with their solution. I will most definitely order shoes from them again.
