Very happy with my experience. I have extended the internet to an external building with the help of fs.com. This is my first foray into fiber optic and the customer support has been brilliant, really helped me pick out what I need. The equipment arrived in a reasonable time and is working well. It seems to be of high quality. I have recommended them to my family who will also be ordering a similar setup.

Disregards the law and hate customers! I once bought a product and now I cannot get fs.com to respect European consumer laws. They will keep your personal data forever, in China, harass you forever with spam. I have over the course of two years written to them multiple times to delete all my data, delete me from their CRM system and stop sending me any more emails, yet they continue to come. Apart from a disrepect for consumer laws then this is - as I see it - an outright displayed hatred of customers. Many companies behave like this and that does not make it any better. They do not respond to emails where I have asked them WHY my requests under consumer data privacy laws are disregarded, they have not responded to questions confirming that they have deleted my data, they just continue to send spam your way. I would look at all other companies for similar products and pay double for the products, if it meant that I did not end in the claws of such a disrespectful company as FS.com. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
