fs.com always have what I need since they now have a UK warehouse, items are sent quickly and if there are problems then they are sorted quickly. I have a great account manager and fs.com are my goto supplier for all things fibre.

While delivery are arranged by FS.COM, but I am being asked to deal with FedEx myself to get thing sorted out.

Fs is the best provider for everything cable related products! I’ve been using them for custom fiber cable and you won’t be able to find any one else in the market that can provide : - price/quality product - personalized produced - great followup - great customer service (not support only, but ensuring that the product ordered fit and works). For someone living in switzerland, the price is just a no-brainer (without quality issue).

After adding items to the basket proceeding to the checkout then signing up as a new customer, I tried Personal and Business however, I got stuck there and wasn't able to create an account. Contacted customer service +44 (0) 121 726 4775 no one available.

While I had received part of my order for transceivers, I had to wait a very long time for the cable to arrive. A cable that will not be used now as I went to one of your competitors and got two days later, and installed already.
