I called Fronstream and spoke to a customer service representitive named Ryan Masso. He was so knowlegable about fixing my issue. It took all of 3 minutes and he fixed everything. He was friendly and his customer service skills were excellent. I hope he answers my call in the future. He was GREAT!

Nightmare. So many glitches. Their promise to have events and donor combined and seamless is laughable. Would never recommend to anyone to switch to. Our non profit has had more headaches since our transition. If you need support - You'll get an hour, that's it. Then it's a ping pong and waiting game for the issues to be resolved. Save yourself and your organization.

I had the pleasure of having been assisted by Justo this afternoon. I'd like to commend him on his patience with me as the I know questions/requests I had for him were provided in a confusing manner, yet he was thankfully able to make sense of them and quickly provide me with the answers and information I was looking for.
