Just Don’t!
I debated for some time leaving a review about my experience with Trend Friend. It is a matter I take seriously and is not done lightly.. I had issues with the indicators from the start with settings unable to be adjusted and unwanted readings because of it. wasn’t sure what I was doing wrong, if it was me or the indicators, but I reached out to their support email and was told that the indicators were perfectly working that I was the issue. I blindly followed signals and that a great indicator won’t make a great trader lol. I needed to be more disciplined and shouldn’t be trading as they rarely got bad feedback.. I felt undervalued. I was told I would not get a refund. After a few emails back and forth it was suggested to use a different indicator in the suite with some rushed instructions on how I should use them. It was just before Christmas and they explained they would be delayed in responding as they were out of town. Which is understandable.. However when I tried to set up the indicator the way I was directed it was the same as the others. There were no settings to adjust, just a blank screen with a check box, clearly a technical issue. By this time the subscription was close to ending so I tried to give it one last shot but I had been blocked and trend friend is no longer searchable for me within trading view! I want others who are seeking help with trading such as myself to take the time and make sure that refunds and 24/hr support are options. Do your research and check those testimonies ✌️ Edited to clarify my concerns in regards to the response received on here. There were no settings to change the indicators. I am aware how to maneuver the menus in trading view to find them. There were NO settings. I could uncheck a box and that was it. As I explained in the first email, the settings were missing. I didn’t need help setting them up, I needed them to be there in the first place. I agreed to try the new indicator but alas it was the same as the rest and after the way I was treated and continue to be treated can you blame me for not reaching out again? It is my right as a buying customer to leave a review when I purchased a faulty product, and to be threatened with legal ramifications if I had done so. That’s not good practice. A better approach would be to see why the indicators were bugging on my platform. had nothing to do with a refund, which I’ve received back thankfully. Instead of getting to the root of my issues with missing settings the provider insisted I didn’t know how to find. ******Will edit my review again, for the 8th time not sure how that matters really but to be clear for all who may read****** This provider has great reviews from others who did not run into the same issue as me. I am sure when all is working correctly they could work as advertised! I am not a technical person but I know how to adjust parameters within trading view. Trend friend advertises many customizable options for scalp mode, swing mode and many other options. Out of 3 of the indicators I purchased subscription for, only one of them had input settings that could be tweaked. The others had no tabs not even the time frames or visual options. I instead used them on how they came with nothing changed. I didn’t imagine features that were not advertised on trend friend, as indicated in the response from the seller. This, is becoming a repeat of the same unprofessional interaction I encountered when reaching out to trend friend in the beginning. Read their response, denial to the point that their customers imagine things that are not there and are to blame. 🤷🏻♀️

In response to your 8th review change: We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience and apologize for any confusion there was or if any of our conversations came off as unprofessional as that was never our intention. All of the indicators are customizable by clicking the gear icon next to the indicator name and a full panel of settings will pop up that you can adjust. The description page of each indicator lists all of the settings that are adjustable as well for full transparency on what can be adjusted to suit your preferences. Based on your review, it seems that you were hoping there would be extra settings for each indicator that were not mentioned in our product descriptions. I'm sorry if that was not what you were hoping for, but for our indicators to perform well, I cannot give the user control over certain things that could harm the performance of the indicator. I spend hundreds of hours tweaking the code for each indicator to perform at it's best so that they are ready to go with the default settings. I offered advice in all of my email responses to you as you said you were a new trader that had lost a lot of money, so I explained that it takes a lot of discipline to be a profitable trader and that great indicators do not make a great trader because that is the truth. Trading is very hard, even for experienced traders and I was just trying to shed some light on that, none of that was meant to be disrespectful. You threatened to write a bad review in your first email to me instead of asking me for help with the indicators and claiming technical issues but never providing any details or screenshots of these technical issues for me to help you with. Once an indicator is published on Tradingview, everyone has access to the same code, so if you were having technical issues, everyone would have been having the same issues. I had no reports of technical issues from any of my current or new customers, so I was unable to help you with that, especially since no details were provided, just that you were hoping the indicators would have more settings and would catch longer trends. I gave you detailed instructions on how to get a better setup for longer trends that you wanted and asked you to let me know if that helped so I could continue to guide you to get your desired results, but you did not get back to me about how the new methods worked for you, just wrote this review instead. Your account was not blocked nor deleted as you mentioned, your access to the premium indicators on Tradingview was removed when your subscription expired. You were then unable to see our indicators in the invite only tab because your access had been removed due to an expired subscription. An active subscription is required to get access to the indicators so please look at the dates shown in your account and invoice emails so you know when your subscription period is valid. You'll also notice that you can still access all of our free indicators on Tradingview because you do not need a subscription to access those. It is not possible for me to block a user from seeing my scripts on Tradingview as you mentioned we had done. 24 hour support is not possible as I am only one person and I have to sleep. I respond to emails and messages within one business day typically, and that will always be the case with any customer as I take my product support and my business very seriously. Refunds are given according to our refund policy that you agreed to upon purchasing and your reason for asking for a refund did not meet those requirements. I am always available to help with questions about the indicators, your subscription, adjusting your settings to get the right setup and anything else anyone may have questions about, as long as you ask. Most of my customers are very happy with the adjustments I advise them to make, which was my intention when conversing with you as well. I hope this clears things up for you so you understand the situation better.
