I have worked for this company for over 2 yrs now and fully enjoy it. It’s refreshing to work for a company that doesn’t try to cheat anybody and always do the best they can to make sure you’re getting the best service possible. I true American story. I believe them to be honest and offer prices that in my opinion are too low. LOL

Took 3 weeks to ship. The ceramic filter was poorly packaged, and arrived broken. I sent a photo of the damage within hours of receipt, but they demanded I waste more of MY time to resolve THEIR mistake, demanding ridiculous photos of the packing slip, the shipping label etc. All supposedly so they can "process" my "claim". I sent them everything they asked, no response. Seems like run around from a company that couldn't care less about their customers. They're phone number is a Utah number they don't even answer. strange for a company from North Carolina edit: they eventually sent a replacement

I have the same concerns and feedback expressed by other customers. I have been a loyal customer of this company for years and have a documented history of purchasing replacement products for my Sierra Nimbus RO system from them. I recently ordered the replacement RO cartridge kit that I have purchased repeatedly over the years. This time, however, I immediately noticed something was different: the cartridges did not “blow out” or behave as they normally had during previous replacements. I initially thought this might simply be a minor difference with the new cartridges. I soon discovered it was much more serious. My RO booster pump continued running for more than four days, with water continuously splashing out of the air-gap faucet and going down the drain. I began troubleshooting the system and purchasing additional parts in an attempt to determine what had failed. I replaced components and ultimately spent considerable time and money trying to diagnose a problem that had not existed before installing these replacement cartridges. The timing of the problem is significant. The RO system had operated properly for years, and the problem began immediately after installing this replacement cartridge kit. At this point, I believe the cartridges I received may be defective or otherwise not functioning properly. I am extremely disappointed because I have been a long-time customer and have purchased these replacement cartridges from this company for years without experiencing this type of problem. I am requesting that the company take responsibility for the defective product and provide an appropriate resolution, including reimbursement for the additional parts and expenses I incurred while troubleshooting a problem that appears to have originated with the replacement cartridges.

I placed an order for a whole house filter and filter housing. When it came in I realized that the flowrate through the filter per its specs would have reduced flow by too much so I elected to return the item unused and in the case of the filter, still in the factory plastic wrap. When they received my return they accused me of using the products and damaging them. I immediately contacted Capital One and filed a dispute because they are bunch of liars. A few days after I went no contact with the company they reach out with a line of excuses about how a supervisor reviewed the return and they decided to do a one-time return. I sure as heck know Capital One got on top of them. Screw this company and every crook that works for it. BUYER BEWARE!

Order was taking some time. I decided to cancel since the order was slow and they seriously over charged on taxes. They charged 9.3% instead of the correct tax rate of 5.9%. They ignored my attempt to have the tax error refunded. These folks run a pretty poor outfit.

They made a mistake on an order. They admitted to the mistake. They only refunded about half of the amount that should have been refunded. The reason given for the incomplete refund was "the maximum eligible refund has already been issued in accordance with our policy". I think I'd like to read the wording of that policy, because it seems pretty much criminal to me.

Ordered item 11 days ago of gravel for a water system. Was informed the following day that they were preparing to ship. 10 days no later and no update. Contacted company with no response. Hoping to cancel order. Prices are fair but shipping is unacceptable. Only order if you are fine with significant shipping delays.

Beware that the hot housings sold on this site have a manufacturers recall for performance failure. Site was notified and continues to sell the hot housing from Pentair. Manufacture is Altas Filtri not Pentair
