Terrible experience and a rip off
Terrible experience! Completely ineffective product and worst customer service Ive ever had from one of these companies. I have been taking glp1s for over a year and was at the max dose. I tried Fresh Day Meds but since had been about 45 days since I had a shot, they put me at the lowest possible dose, which I knew based on my experience would be completely ineffective. As soon as I saw the Rx they provided, I reached out to them... like within 10 minutes of placing the order. I received the product before I received a response from them. They told me they couldn't help and I needed the contact the pharmacy ... the pharmacy sent me back to them, saying they couldn't chane the rx and would not do a refund...they basically gave me the runaround with both the medical support people and the pharmacy pointing at the other as the party that could help. In the end, they refused to reconsider the dose, or the refund. Total waste of money and a terrible customer servive experience... dont do it.

I understand your frustration regarding the dosing and the confusion with the support team, and I’d like to clarify how our process works to help explain why this happened. When transferring a prescription, our physicians require that your previous dose be current within the last 30 days. This is a safety rule established by our Chief Medical Officer, and because all orders are independently reviewed by licensed physicians whose medical licenses are attached to the prescription, we cannot alter or influence their clinical decisions or modify prescriptions. Similarly, the pharmacy cannot alter a licensed physician's prescription once it is issued. During checkout, our eligibility quiz and subsequent screens outline what dosage to expect based on your answers; including notifying you beforehand if your prescription falls outside the 30-day window and what adjusted starting dosage the physician will prescribe. Additionally, because our fulfillment system is built for speed to ensure fast delivery, orders enter the physician review and fulfillment queues almost immediately upon submission, which unfortunately means we are unable to cancel or intercept orders once they are placed. We truly value your feedback and regret that this experience didn't meet your expectations. If you have any further questions about our protocols, please feel free to reach out through your patient portal.
