I had an order which had been tampered with by someone at USPS, and a large item was missing from the box. I promptly reached out to the team. They corrected the issue quickly, replaced the order, shipped through a DIFFERENT carrier to ensure accuracy. They looked out for me, the customer, which is what good businesses do when the customer has an issue. Thank you!

It’s been nine days since I ordered and haven’t received the product yet. They say five days. Looks like I’ve been screwed by this “company “. Did receive my order on day ten. There was a hurricane that may have slowed the delivery. Happy with the product and will order again.
