I wish I read this before ordering from them. The item is too small so I contacted them for an exchange. Their response is so rude and they kept responding with the rudest emails. It literally feels like dealing with a 13 year old with the worst attitude. STAY AWAY. No need to waste your money or time on them. There are many other places with better prices and service.

Complete scam! Package was never delivered, they claim it was and my money was never returned to me. I had to go through a huge dispute with PayPal, contact the better business bureau and post negative comments on social media but still never received a refund or even a courteous email from the company. DO NOT purchase anything from this company. They are not a real company and will not be in business very much longer. They will take your money and never send the product.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! I ordered a dog bowl with the bone in it. The item arrived but not as described, the bone section was missing and left a big hole in the bowl, so couldn't be used. I have sent numerous emails to this company who said they would refund me, but they haven't as yet and ignore my emails. SCAM COMPANY!! I wish I googled the company before I purchased.

Kann ich nur empfehlen. Die Bestellung und der Kontakt waren einwandfrei. Auch mit der Rückware war alles kein Problem. Bin sehr zufrieden. Deshalb volle 5 Sterne 👍👍👍

I’m honestly very surprised. I ordered an item in the beginning of December and just received it today. After reading the reviews I thought I definitely got scammed. But my order actually came and it’s very good quality. Although shipping took a little over 2 weeks

This stuff comes from China (like everything) but when it's the wrong size, you have to return It to China to get a refund or an exchange. Trying returning something to China. It'll cost you 10 times what to you paid for it to ship it back.
