I bought 4 items in the store, two of them clothes for my frenchie. Sadly I made a mistake with the sizes and when contact the customer service to ask if I can change the items inmediatly they offer chose 2 new items free of charge and support me to chose the right size for each clothes. Im very happy with the service and the support.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered $200 worth of items for my baby and all the sizes were significantly off. It clearly states on their website that a return is simple and all you need to do is contact the store via email. The responses we received were unclear until we strongly requested a refund. They finally agreed to a refund but then indicated we had to return all 4 items to CHINA. Sending it to China would cost more than the items. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. This company does not stand by their word. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Great customer service. I must’ve measured wrong and they gave me a new harness without a problem. Hoping the new one fits well because I really like the style for my dog.
