I love the product but shipping took over 2 weeks

Decent Shipping to the United States. For $20 you would expect better shipping. Instead the few items I ordered showed up in 2 weeks instead of a few days like with other companies I've order from that are in the U.K.

We do offer a postage upgrade to Express for a total of $24.95 if your order is under $100, which ensures you a delivery within only 1-3 working days. Fair price and easy to order. However, website stated delivery on 3 days, but took 7 days. There was no tracking of shipment once it reached Minneapolis, MN. I called customer service and they could not answer where it was. Concerning. Thanks

Hi, Our website says the average shipping time is 3 working days but please allow 4-10 working days,here's the link :- http://www.freestylextreme.com/us/home/info/delivery-and-returns/default.aspx However, I agree the tracking provided by DHL was not up to their usual standard & I will raise this with them. Thanks for your review, sorry I'm not sure what you mean by a little slow - you ordered on February 15th & it was delivered to you on February 18th according to the DHL tracking - please don't forget we are in the United Kingdom!
