Amazing experience
Amazing experience, very informative, and as a veteran with PTSD it has helped me retrain my brain and body to breathe better and to manage my anxiety and stress

Works for me!
I had a great teacher who explained and encouraged me throughout the process and I still practice the breathing techniques.

Thank you for sharing that! It’s so great to hear your coach made the process clear and encouraging, and even better that you’re still using the breathing techniques. That kind of lasting impact is what it’s all about. :)

I Built Life Habits
I built life habits that I would not have been able to do on my own. I practice breathing, and I can hear that tone in my head to regulate my breathing. My coach not only coached me, but gave me resources that I can use if one way did not work.
