I signed up, made a deposit and won on 9/20/25. I uploaded everything requested for KYC. I then tried to redeem the minimum amount of $100, but it kept telling me "redemption not allowed". I soon figured out that I couldn't even request a redemption until all of my documents were approved. I checked everyday to see ìf they had reviewed and approved my verification documents. The following Thursday when I checked is when the docs were finally approved. I didn't even receive any correspondence from them letting me know KYC was approved and that I could request a redemption. I requested the $100 redemption Thursday, 9/25/25, via bitcoin.
