Ordered the garage door holiday cover in October 2023, received in Febuary 2024, look nice but there are no clips or other hanging devices to put up. Contacted them and all they will do is offer me $4.00 dollar credit not the hangers to put it up. BS

Burned like everybody else. Ordered October 29th, received December 24th. Nailing clips for a garage door! What a rip off!

As with others, it took forever to receive my order and when it finally arrived it was not even close to what I expected.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Ordered Christmas garage door banner. Received ii. It was not what they advertised. They advertised that it had eyelet’s and a type of bungee cords that you could attach it to the garage door with well it arrived and there was no eyelets on the banner it only had tacks for you to attach it to the garage door. How in the heck are you suppose to attach that to an aluminum garage door. Contacted free-giant to advise them that what they sent was not what was advertise. Was told that I could ship it back at my cost or receive $2 refund after paying over $70 Canadian and waiting over 2 months for it. Will never buy from them again. This post will also be posted on Facebook.

They do not even deserve the 1 star. Deserves a -000. Wish I knew before I ordered this I would not receive the garage door cover. Ordered in November. Supposedly it’s sitting in a warehouse waiting on USPS. Been sitting there since the end of November. The company is NO HELP.

Took 3 months to get products, and it still wasn't complete. We did not receive the hardware for being able to attach to garage doors. Can't get a live person only an email that gives same feedback. Shipments come from China, Ireland, London nothing in USA. Stay away from them.

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Have received it. Tracking seems to be made up. Glad I only ordered small banner in case I never see it or don’t get my money back. This is a scam!
