keine Retoure möglich, kein sofortiger Widerruf wird akzeptiert, ständig werden neue zwielichtige Offerten angeboten, um die Retoure zu erschweren, und am Ende muss man 17€ Retourekosten nach Litauen bezahlen für eine Ware, die einem unseriös aufgedrückt wurde, es ist unfassbar

This product is made of high quality, organic materials and is made to last. The shape of the ball and handle makes it easy and effective to glide around the face, eyes and cheeks. After much searching, I chose this product and I’m glad I did.

I was looking for face massagers and stumbled upon their website offering a huge 70% off on the ice globes. I should have closed their website right there. But I ordered 2. And then the nightmare began. They then proceed to bombard you with additional offers, the order process is now a 7-step process, each step a new offer e.g. comfort set, pink colored ones. Take note that under each additional offer, there’s a small print to click to not avail of the offer, but even though you do click on skip offer, the items still get charged to your card from the initial order. I ended up being fraudulently charged 4x comfort set, 4 x pink globes. As soon as I realized this, I immediately closed the browser and opened a new one to find Support. I wish I could say that at least support was good, but no, I was once again made several offers to try to change my mind about canceling my order. It was free gifts, and then a $72 discount. I made it clear I wanted a refund and then they said they would get in touch with me. They just emailed me now and said that they are unable to modify my order and that if I wanted to return it, I would need to pay for shipping cost. (But that the $72 discount is still on offer). I will of course return all items. I read another reviewer eventually got their refund. But this company’s practices I would say are still less than above board. I am now proceeding with lodging a complaint with the ACCC. Companies like this should not be able to operate in Australia.

Whilst I like this product the company Fraicheur won’t stop calling and harassing me to buy more products. They call all hours of the day and night even after I have continually asked them to stop. I regret ever purchasing these Ice Globes.

Ich kann nach dem neuesten Stand der Entwicklung der letzten beiden Wochen guten Gewissens sagen, daß das Unternehmen Fraîcheur sich in meinem Fall so was von hilfsbereit und großzügig verhalten hat, wie ich es niemals erwartet hätte. Ich bin ganz einfach beeindruckt und sage vielmals "Danke!" für das, was ich kulanterweise erstattet bekam, nachdem ich meinem Unmut über mangelhafte Stornierungsmöglichkeiten für versehentlich bestellte Artikel und eine für mich nicht nachvollziehbare Retourenhandhabung hier auf Trustpilot Luft gemacht hatte. Ich finde es absolut bemerkenswert, wie Fraîcheur mit meiner Kritik umgegangen ist und welche Konsequenzen das Unternehmen daraus offensichtlich gezogen hat. Dafür verdient es nicht nur 5, sondern eigentlich 100 Sterne!!! Und jetzt möchte ich noch was zu der Qualität der beiden Produkte, die ich dort regulär bestellt hatte, sagen: Ich finde, die Ice globes lassen sich sehr gut im Gesicht anwenden, wenngleich erst mal ein kleiner Kälteschock auf der Haut entsteht, wenn man / frau sie direkt nach Entnahme aus dem Tiefkühlfach des Kühlschranks auf die Haut aufbringt. Aber nach diesem kleinen Schock fühlt sich die Haut nach der Behandlung sehr erfrischt und gut durchblutet an - ich mag dieses Gefühl! Und der Gua-Sha-Massagestein aus Rosenquarz ist abgesehen davon, daß er sich angenehm kühl und (dank seiner glatten Oberfläche) weich in der Hand anfühlt, ein super Tool, um die Lymphflüssigkeit im Gesicht in Bewegung zu bringen und abzutransportieren. Und außerdem sieht er auch einfach sehr schön aus! Bin mit beiden Artikeln sehr zufrieden und wende sie gerne an, sie verleihen ein Stück Wohlbefinden und das Gefühl, etwas Gutes für sich selbst getan zu haben.

Purchased the Fraicheur blue ice globes .. packed beautifully and a lovely product . Really helpful to reduce puffy/red skin around my eyes after wearing goggles during my swims 2/3 times a week .. refreshing and relaxing - makes me glow .. thank you
