Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment and appreciate the opportunity to clarify this for our customers. Fragrance Spice lists products exactly as they are currently produced and supplied by the brand. In some cases, manufacturers update packaging, bottle design, or fragrance formulation over time. When this happens, the newer version may differ from earlier releases, even though the product name remains the same. This is a brand-level change that retailers do not control. Our product images and descriptions are intended to reflect the item as accurately as possible, and we understand how changes in presentation or scent profile can be unexpected - especially for customers familiar with older versions. We take feedback like this seriously and continuously review listings to ensure clarity. To our customers and visitors: we are a legitimate fragrance retailer committed to transparent product information, fair pricing, and responsive customer support. If a purchase does not meet expectations, our team is always available to assist with resolution options in line with our policies. We appreciate the feedback and the opportunity to improve, and we encourage anyone with questions prior to ordering to reach out-our goal is always a confident and positive shopping experience.
