FragranceexpressReviews of fragranceexpress.com

I received my hair products in a timely manner and for a good price with no shipping charges.

I never received the product I ordered, the tracking says it is still in the place of origin and I was issued a refund. I don't know if I can still be expecting it, and am stressing over it a little bit.

Great products, fast shipping.

The product did not come in its original packaging. The product was taped over the top. It did not meet my expectations based upon your description. I was expecting a brand new product in its original packaging and not something with tape over the top. I sent an email about my disappointment and never heard one word back so that's why you're getting this bad review. Be responsive to your customers.
