I ordered 9 items on FragranceDealz and my credit card was processed. The next day I received an email saying I cancelled the order. I sent 3 emails back mentioning I never cancelled the order and they should proceed with processing it. I never got a response. Nobody answers the phone, and of course the mailbox is full. Still crickets after one week.

The company sent out my order quickly and did a solid job of packaging. Furthermore, they contacted me to make sure I was satisfied. This company is legit and I would order from them again.

TOTALLY DISHONEST COMPANY I PLACED AN ORDER AND 2 hours later THEY CANCELLED IT BUT CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD STAY AWAY!!
