Currently one week later than the estimated shipment receipt date and counting.... No update has been provided. Terrible experience so far and from the looks of the rest of these reviews, I will continue to be disappointed.

I ordered an air conditioner from AAFES and FragilePak picked it up in Jun 16th. So far the date to the final mile has been changed 3 times! This is unacceptable in my book! Right now the dates to the final mile destination is July 8th thru the 12th. That's nearly a month from when I ordered it. How can people plan things when a company like this changes delivery times! By the time the AC unit gets here I won't be needing it.....at this rate. In the future I will be inquiring if this company is the shipper.

Avoid this company. I’ve had 3 deliveries by them. Each delivery was late and one was damaged. They’ve extremely poor customer service.

I’m going to upgrade the rating to a 3 star. They were very late, had very poor communication, but when pressed by my shipping manager they did expedite the delivery to save the sale they were about to lose for me. The upside is that if you can get ahold of someone at the company - which seems like a small miracle sometimes - but the staff is great once you reach them.

If I could give zero stars I would. The company has been pushing back my delivery window since May. I have been waiting home multiple days as much delivery was scheduled (via email) but no one ever showed. Number provided to call on website is non functional.

I’m surprised by the negative reviews here because my experience with FragilePak was very good and LIGHT YEARS better than my Ceva Logistics experience. FragilePak kept me informed &, unlike Ceva, didn’t have me set a delivery date before they had my item in their possession. Once they had my item, they arranged delivery window (4hr), called 20 mins before arrival, & delivered on time. They were courteous & professional & my boxes were in excellent shape. Can’t ask for much more! All that being said, I certainly believe others when they say they have had a negative experience. Unfortunately, in many cases, you may not have a choice on who ships your item.

Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. A sea of incompetent people that have no idea where the packages they are supposed to deliver actually are at any moment in time. They also will call you very late at night, and when they do they never actually have any information about your package. I will never again buy from crate and barrel or other companies that use this company.

They are the absolute worst. I hope you are listening Goedekers/Appliance Connection, as I wont buy from you again, because you are using such a lousy delivery company. They have had my dishwasher for a month. I could have put it in a cart and walked here with it by now. No accountability, No management to talk to They just like to email and tell you tomorrow, tomorrow tomorrow.
