FRAGFLEX WAS A MUCH BETTER WEBSITE BEFORE MERGING WITH FRAGRANCE BUY CA ! I WAS ONE OF FRAGRANCE BUYS BEST CUSTOMERS UNTIL THEY CHANGED UP EVERYTHING A FEW YEARS AGO. I FEEL LIKE THEY JUST THREW ALL OF THEIR U.S. CUSTOMERS UNDER THE TRUCK! THEN I FOUND FRAGFLEX AND IT WAS A GREAT NEW WEBSITE ! WHEN I HEARD ABOUT THE MERGER WITH FRAGRANCE BUY.CA I PREDICTED THAT THEY FRAGFLEX WOULD BE CHANGED FOR THE WORSE AND IN MANY WAYS THEY WERE ! THEIR WEBSITE BECAME CONFUSING TO NAVIGATE. THEY STARTED HAVING MANY MORE OUT-OF-STOCKS AND SOLD-OUT ITEMS,JUST AS FRAG BUY HAD ALWAYS BEEN NOTORIOUS FOR ! FRAGFLEX 'S PRICES INCREASED SUBSTANTIALLY JUST AS FRAG BUYS HAD DONE BEFORE MERGING ! ALL IN ALL, BOTH COMPANIES WERE BETTER BEFORE MERGING OR WHATEVER THEY DID ! I HOPE BOTH COMPANIES WILL GET BACK TO THE WAY THEY USE TO BE ! EVEN WITH THEIR FAULTS, FRAGFLEX IS A GOOD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. THEY HAVE A GOOD INVENTORY (WHEN IN STOCK) AND THEIR SERVICE IS GOOD.PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED IN A REASONABLE TIME AND WITHOUT DAMAGE!.

You have the product I needed. It was shipped and arrived in a few days. I will definitely continue to be a customer of this company.

Fragflex was slow to ship out, took them about a week and a half to get a shipping confirmation, then about 2 or 3 days for them to hand it over to fedex. Estimate stated I would receive the item on the 19th. As of the 26th, new eta is Dec 29th. Fedex, altho not fragflex's fault, cycled my package through the same two facilities for 3 days. Then suddenly it appeared in Florida, completely the opposite side of me. I'm assuming Fedex lied about the location. I'm going to give fragflex another chance, let's see what happens with it.
