Wonderful customer service from Mel. There was a mixup with the wheels I wanted and they corrected it right away without any complications.

Got the wrong color the first time. Was able to send em back and get the right ones just in time for Mothers Day!

I am grateful this turned out the way it did. The skates never arrived, though I was given confirmation the were on the way. I emailed multiple times only to be ignored, until I gave a negative review. I immediately received an apology email and soon after, a credit. They said they were sold out of the skate. I ordered VNLA A La Mode, spent more, but they are wonderful! Do your research, I found many negative reviews about quality. I’m happy with my VNLAs!

The sizing chart is perfect. My wife loved them. Wore them day 1 and was impressed with the fitment and colors.

I still have not received my order! It says out for delivery over 2 weeks ago.
