Have been using this branch for years…
Have been using this branch for years and never have had a problem. Customer service is great but especially Toniann. She’s such a big help and is always so friendly.

My wife and I walked into the Riverhead…
My wife and I walked into the Riverhead branch and was greeted promptly. We were sent to Sonia She was so pleasant and understanding of our needs. She patiently and methodically guided us through the process to open cd’s that we wanted to open. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. THANK YOU

Cust Service Associate Gretchen Dalby was excellent. Handled my business quickly and efficiently. Was extremely pleasant and a pleasure to work with. Nice smile and great attitude. Thank you Gretchen! Also, was able to arrange an appointment online. Went to appointment and was greeted by Gretchen within a few short minutes after walking into the BFCU branch, Hempstead NY. Everyone at this branch was friendly and helpful...My thanks to you all.

Excellent customer service
I was helped very quickly Cynthia assisted me I believe she is the branch manager or assistant branch Manager She was friendly and knowledgeable and made my transactions quick and painless!

I've been banking with Bethpage FCU for…
I've been banking with Bethpage FCU for 15 years, primarily at the North Babylon branch. The service is great. The tellers are very polite and helpful. I'm especially happy with the Assistant Manager, Nydia. She is very helpful and always goes the extra mile to help. As long as Nydia is there, I'm going nowhere.
