Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I needed a dress customized and they worked with me to make sure I got what I wanted. Dress was beautiful. Would definitely recommend

Be careful when ordering
Be careful when ordering. You can not try on due to non physical store. If you have to exchange, they will give you a store credit. Reasonable. Here is what you need to know NOTE: a 15% restocking fee will be deducted, along with any original freight/handling costs (if shipping was complimentary at checkout) Any discounts code can not be applied on new purchases. First experience with this store and for sure the last one

If your first order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost is only deducted from your store credit upon return, since you will still receive free shipping on your next order. The first-purchase welcome discount applies only to the initial order, and not on subsequent purchases, which is standard practice. At this time, we are not promoting any discount codes. They are very great company
They are very great company. From communication on whatsapp to my fast delivery. I needed the dress fast and they arrived in 4 days 🙂 they are amazing quality and they are the same as picture. 10/10 recommended 🙂 even the price was the best I find.
