Doing great in answering messages A little slow telling if the order was sent. Other than that a great experience. Thanks to all the employees no matter what part they have to there customers.

Great customer service and support

This camera (V5P) is a much improved outdoor bullet camera. The WiFi connection is more reliable and the microphone is built in (as opposed to an add on). The only issue I have with this camera is it records in fmv format and I can’t find a utility that will play this format file. Foscam had sent me a link to a utility that is supposed to work but I doesn’t work on my systems.

Cam was easy to install and was a little difficult to set up. Camera view good but slow in real time.

Cameras work well, easy to set up and get started.

All shipped quickly. The annual cloud plan I purchased was deceiving. Thought it was part of a boho. After purchase, I found out it was only a cloud recording for one camera.
