Dear Fabio, thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We're sorry for the delay you experienced with the Personal Shopper service, your purchase happened to fall during a holiday week in Turkiye, which slowed our usual process down a bit, and we apologize for the lack of timely updates during that period. We're glad the WhatsApp team could assist you along the way and that your package arrived quickly once shipped. We understand the frustration with Brazil's import taxes and duties as well, though unfortunately these are set by local customs authorities and outside of our control. Thank you again for your honest feedback, it genuinely helps us improve. Warm Regards, The ForwardMe Team

Dear Vilhjalmur Thank you so much for taking the time to share this feedback with us. We're truly sorry to hear about the situation with FedEx charging the import fee a second time. We do want to gently mention that reaching out to our support team as soon as something like this happens really helps us, it allows us to step in immediately and resolve these kinds of issues directly with the courier before they cause any extra stress on your end. In this case, we only became aware of the situation through your review here on Trustpilot. As soon as we saw your review, we reached out to you directly and started looking into what happened. Our team is now actively investigating the charge with FedEx, and if it turns out there was indeed a duplicate payment, we will make sure any overpayment is refunded to you in full. We really appreciate your patience while we sort this out, and we apologize again for the inconvenience this has caused. Please feel free to reach out to us directly any time something like this comes up in the future, we're always here to help. Warm Regards The ForwardMe Team

Dear Reinhold, Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We want to clarify a few points here. As a forwarding service, we are required to comply with international customs regulations, and unfortunately not every item can be shipped across borders. When customs flags a package, they have the authority to intercept, inspect, hold, or return it, and in such cases the return shipping cost is significantly higher than the original cost. The information we shared regarding your camping magazine was based on this reality, not an exaggeration on our part, and we always aim to give our customers an honest heads up so they can avoid unexpected costs down the line. Regarding the lost packages, we did process a full refund for you once this was confirmed, and we always take these situations seriously. We understand shipping internationally can come with frustrating surprises, but we want to assure you that our policies exist to protect both our customers and our operations within the boundaries of what international customs law allows. We're sorry this experience didn't meet your expectations, and we wish you the best going forward. Warm Regards, The ForwardMe Team

Dear Costumer, Thank you so much for taking the time to update your review, and for your patience throughout this process 🙏 We're sorry for the stress caused during the initial verification hold — we know how concerning that can be, especially with a high-value order like this one. That said, we're really glad our team was able to stay close to you, guide you through the fraud-prevention checks, and get your monitor purchased and on its way to the warehouse 📦 We also really appreciate your honest note about communication during the verification step, that's valuable feedback, and we'll make sure it's passed along to help us improve. Thank you for trusting us to see it through, and we hope the rest of your shipping experience is smooth from here! ✨ Warm regards, The ForwardMe Team

Hello Nadav, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We want to clarify that the high risk destination fee is not something we set ourselves, it is a policy determined by the carrier companies based on the destination, and unfortunately it's outside of our control. We do try to communicate any such fees clearly during the shipping process so there are no surprises. We're also sorry if any of your questions went unanswered. That's not the experience we aim to provide. Please feel free to reach out to our support team directly, we'll make sure to get back to you quickly so we can clarify any delays or charges you've encountered. Thank you again for your patience, and we hope to have the chance to assist you better in the future. Warm Regards The ForwardMe Team
