Was forced into online Zoom class and thought I was getting 72 hours of classroom training. What a joke, instructor was always taking a break, having technical issues resulting in half days and cancelling a whole class at the last minute. Save your money and go elsewhere or make sure your going to get in person classroom training, the zoom training is a joke! Some of the content training slides were dated 2019 and were from their competor Kaplan Real Estate, dubious content at best! I'm asking for a refund!

I'm doing the online at my own pace Broker A and B course. It's absolutely terrible. They let bad AI do the entire thing. From misspelled words (ie seisin is "size in") to poor mispronunciations. The quizes are an absolute joke- from not being questions to having the wrong answers. I've reported as much as I can to them, but it's getting exhausting. What a waste of money and time.

Highly discourage doing business with this company unless you have plenty of time on your hands to chase them down for overcharging. Just like many of the other client reviews, I too paid for in person classes, only to have them change it to zoom at the very last minute. Despite multiple attempts, I have yet to receive the approximate $200 refund for the difference in price. BUYER BEWARE

I also paid for an in-person class, only to have it canceled at the last minute. It has now been six weeks, and I am still waiting for my refund. I’ve sent multiple emails and made several phone calls, but despite repeated promises that my refund would be issued, I still have not received it. I’m extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I only wish I had taken the time to read the reviews before investing my money with this company. Based on my experience, I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with them to read the reviews carefully and do their research before making a payment.

Paid for in person RE license class. At the last minute they sent an email that I had to do online "at first" It never reverted to in person. The instructor actually said I don't know why they continue to sell in person, they don't offer it anymore. I request a refund for the over $300 difference. They said I'd receive a refund within 15 days. Didn't happen and I can't get a response. Charge back in process.

7/4/2026 - still not resolved. ~~~~~~ After I left a 1-star review for Fortune Academy, I attempted to contact them again today several times by phone but was unable to reach anyone. I then used the chat feature on their website, where I connected with Adam Jalil. Adam assured me that he would look into my situation and work to resolve the issue. He created a new login for me through The CE Shop, which he indicated is affiliated with Fortune Academy, and added my courses to that account. However, some courses are still missing. Adam advised that the remaining courses should appear in my account tomorrow. This is the first meaningful progress I have seen on my issue. I will update my review once I can confirm that all of my courses have been restored and that the matter has been fully resolved. ~~~~~~ I don't like to leave negative reviews, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating. I purchased a course at 10:17 a.m. and reasonably expected to receive access to the materials shortly afterward. When nothing appeared in my dashboard, I contacted customer support and was assured that I would have access to the course the same day. It is now 11:00 p.m., and the course still does not appear in my account. What is most disappointing is not simply the delay, but the lack of follow-through. If access could not be provided the same day, I would have appreciated honest communication rather than being given assurances that were not kept. Customers pay for a product expecting delivery as promised, and in this case that expectation has not been met. The entire experience has left me questioning the company's reliability and customer service standards. At this point, I have paid for a course that I cannot access and have spent a significant portion of the day waiting for a resolution that never came. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience, and I sincerely hope they improve both their fulfillment process and their communication with customers. Rating: 1/5 Stars

Signed up for the in person BIC class in May for June 8 and BIC 2 to start June 15 the friday before at 6pm they cancelled class and told us we can do it online. I signed up for in person I didnt want online. June 15 got another email on the day of class that it will be pushed back another week. They are allowing you to sign up for inperson classes and with cancellations and postpones opting you into self paced and they are different prices. It does end there I cancelled on June 8 and had to call them well over 4 times and obtain my own evidence via chat on the website to not get a full refund. For books I did not even open. This is the most unprofessional, aloof school and I do not recommend. Please proceed with caution, they are playing with peoples money.

Paid for a self paced elective course. Can't access the class at all. Online chat says they are having technical issues. Have requested a refund for the class so I can take it elsewhere and still no one has gotten back with me. Can't get anyone on the phone or to email me back and I am convinced online chat can't do anything other than saying "having technical issues".
