Had them represent my for ssdi case talked to someone maybe 5 times during three years. I was denied my ssdi but that's the least of it. After Several days or weeks I saw my portal change to stat the appeals council had made their decision so I reached out to my attorneys paralegal and asked what was going on with my case. That's when and only when I was told she didn't appeal because she couldn't find a technical reason. You are strictly a number to this law firm nothing more and if your case isn't easy they will drop you( they dropped me without telling me) please people find a local attorney who will fight for your cause. Morgan and Morgan definitely will not . Thank God I found a local firm (not a disability mill like Morgan and Morgan) I got good cause from SSA to reopen my case because I have several mental health diagnosis and my lawyers abandoned me without telling me first and due to my diagnosis I couldn't navigate the appeal myself. Don't be fooled by their words they will NOT go above and beyond. With them if it takes any effort you are screwed. My attorney even called me immediately after my hearing and said she thought it went well but don't get my hopes up. If it went so well why didn't they appeal. They just left me hanging. Imo this firm ABSOLUTELY doesn't care about their clients. Remember Morgan and Morgan no company is too big to fail. Just read the reviews they are bad reviews for a reason and I experienced it for myself. Please don't hire these people you will be sorry. My unprofessional attorney was Velma Jones. Please people you can absolutely and easily find better, more professional representation. Don't be just another number to these people. Don't be sucked in by all the commercials and ads. They will completely screw you over.

Morgan & Morgan’s SUCK
Morgan & Morgan’s SUCK! Got side swiped by a plow truck on I-81, almost flipped up sideways and it took off. 21 miles stuck behind it and they decided to not signal when we got off the exit 11 and they didn’t signal and pushed us in to o the ditch. We still lived 4 hours away and it was snow storming out. We had to sit e this with no window and a smashed in truck. They didn’t help at all and gave no reason. Just sent an email. Probably cause we’re Native American and didn’t almost die it loose any limbs! Their greedy liars in my book

Hi Tina, Thank you for sharing your concerns. We want to clarify that our case decisions are not based on an individual’s personal background or identity. When evaluating whether we can represent, we must consider the overall circumstances of the claim and whether we believe we can effectively pursue the matter in the client’s best interests. While we cannot discuss the specifics of an individual case in a public forum, our intent is always to provide candid guidance and effective communication. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us and we wish you the best moving forward.

My 16-year-old daughter had a bicycle…
My 16-year-old daughter had a bicycle accident in Georgia; she fell into a ravine filled with debris and suffered an orbital eye injury that required two surgeries. There is no barrier along the ravine in the community. I was told it is impossible to sue the state, so my question is this: what if my daughter had died from that debris piercing her skull? They are the worst lawyers in Georgia.

They are a joke act like the companies that harm you
They are a joke. They have taken cases and even had me sign agreements for weeks and months working with me on different cases and then they drop you. It is a joke. they soliticit for cases you had them like baby food feed them with a major case and they don't take. It don't give them you social or dob. In part I honestly think the way lawyers should be handled on their service I mean they act like the ones who harm you.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING- APPARENTLY MY MOTHER'S DEATH WASN'T WORK INVESTIGATING
**Extremely Disappointing — Apparently, My Mother's Death Wasn't Worth Investigating**
PLEASE IF YOU ARE ELDERLY, CARING FOR ELDERLY LOVED ONES READ THIS!
I am genuinely appalled by my experience with Morgan & Morgan. For a law firm that advertises itself as fighting for families who have suffered devastating losses, I expected considerably more than a rejection without any explanation.
My mother was 71 years old, lived independently, and was admitted to the hospital for anemia. She received two blood transfusions and was medically cleared for discharge. However, while awaiting rehabilitation placement, she remained hospitalized.
Within days, she developed a **hospital-acquired (nosocomial) MRSA bloodstream infection**, which ultimately progressed to infective endocarditis, a serious infection involving her heart.
**Twenty days after entering the hospital for anemia, my mother was dead.**
And that is only part of what happened.
During her hospitalization, **I personally found my mother completely unresponsive in her hospital bed, apparently without the nursing staff being aware of her condition.** I had been told she was on continuous cardiac monitoring (telemetry), only to discover she was NOT. She was placed on telemetry AFTER I found her unresponsive.
Even more disturbing, she had oxygen tubing in her nose, yet when I checked the oxygen source, **the oxygen tank was at ZERO.** She appeared to be receiving supplemental oxygen, but the equipment I checked was supplying none.
Following this incident, the floor manager, charge nurse, and assigned nurse all came into her room. These events were witnessed firsthand and documented.
**I have been a registered nurse for 23 years, including extensive acute care hospital experience and serving as a charge nurse.** My concerns are not simply those of a grieving daughter unfamiliar with medical care. I understand hospital protocols, patient monitoring, IV management, infection prevention, and recognizing clinical deterioration. I also understand the difference between an unfortunate complication and circumstances that warrant serious investigation.
This was not an isolated incident. Our family documented numerous concerns about her care, including **an IV that remained in place for eight days.**
My sister and I, along with both of our husbands, were so alarmed by what we witnessed that we began keeping detailed, daily documentation of incidents, conversations, and concerns while my mother was still hospitalized.
**Yet Morgan & Morgan declined to take the case without requesting or reviewing ANY of our documentation.**
**AND OFFERED ABSOLUTELY NO REASON OR EXPLANATION WHATSOEVER AS TO WHY THEY WOULD NOT TAKE THE CASE.**
Not one explanation. Nothing.
I understand that law firms have the right to decline representation and that not every medical malpractice case meets their criteria. However, I find it extraordinarily disappointing that a nationally advertised firm with Morgan & Morgan's resources would dismiss circumstances this serious without even reviewing the documentation our family offered.
**A previously independent 71-year-old woman entered a hospital for anemia, was medically cleared for discharge, acquired a serious hospital-associated bloodstream infection, experienced alarming incidents involving patient monitoring and oxygen delivery, and died within 20 days.**
Her daughter, an RN with 23 years of experience, and multiple family members documented these concerns as they occurred.
**And apparently, none of that warranted even a closer look.**
We were not asking for a guaranteed legal outcome. We were asking for someone to take the circumstances of our mother's death seriously enough to consider the evidence.
My mother was not just another potential case or intake number. She was a person with a home, a family, and a life that mattered.
**Declining representation was disappointing. Declining without reviewing our documentation or providing any explanation was, in my opinion, astonishingly dismissive and profoundly disrespectful.**
I strongly encourage families facing suspected medical negligence to seek multiple legal opinions rather than assuming a nationally advertised firm's decision reflects the seriousness of their case.
**My mother's life deserved more consideration than what we received.**

I called M&M 9 mos after I fell in the Acme.I did not report it at the time & just wanted to go home.Since I couldn't prove anything I told them I would not waste their time since I had no proof.Today 6 mos later I received a call from Sedgwick saying M&M contacted them & the Acme wanted to offer me $750.I am so surprised!I never pd them a cent & they went to bat for me anyway.Thank you Morgan & Morgan for not giving up even when I did.

I had a weak lawyer who fought me very hard and got beat up by an adjuster.
They are absolutely the most misleading, lying, unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. They do not return calls and when you do get them on the phone by calling their superiors, they will say anything to get you off the phone. They say they are the largest personal injury law firm in the world. They do not say the best. They got where they are by taking advantage of their clients. A class action law needs to be filed, and I am working on it. They hold your money in their bank for months to drawl interest for their selves while you are in need of your money. They obviously have an agreement with a bank to receive a certain interest rate for an agreed length of time your money sits in their bank. Do not use them, they will chew you up and spit you out.

I trusted Morgan and Morgan and got…
I trusted Morgan and Morgan and got screwed over. What a loser to completely go against the grain of everything you started your company for in the first place and get people locked under contract for no reason. You started with the right intentions over your brother Tim, but John you gave into money and it'll cost you with your soul at some point. Have fun with your jerking billions
You are no different than anyone else and in 20 years max when you're gone, let's see if you take your billions with you. For someone that just wants honest representation, and you have so many advertisements out there saying you help people this n that...you have fked me over twice in one week by having two attorneys LIE to me and waste my time completely. Told me you would take my case and had me start going to the doctor and all kinds of stuff. Only to be told you would not be taking it after further investigation and wasted my time completely! Didn't even give me a damned reason for why when the case is a massive 18 wheeler case and I was injured as a passenger
Your attorney JAMIE KAREK stands for NOTHING to which you started your company for...0 morals left..only $$$, good luck with that Mr. Morgan
Then I still have not gotten my letter and my complete file emailed to me which I demanded and requested in writing. I have not gotten one single reason as to why my case was dropped and neither attorney called me back. Darcy Olgadez is the only one I spoke to and she barely gets a 2/ 5 for customer service only because she did answer 2 out of 5 calls..her customer service sucks too. Monika Garcia is good and Monica Lopez is good, and Aaron from Vegas. They are all good people lower on the totem pole.
You know , you ought to get in trouble for false advertising. When somebody gets hurt and they need help and you say you can do this and that , and your attorneys can do this and that and they don't , it should be illegal. They signed and told me YES.
I was a cop for 6 years in Baton Rouge and dealt with attorneys all the time. Never been fked over like this. I see you on Hard Knocks University and loved your story. It is a dang shame you've become so industrialized that the attorneys that work for you stand for NOTHING and won't give someone a reason for exiting after hurrying up and signing a yes and no valid reason for exiting a case. Complete BS and should be illegal, and probably is but I don't have time to fight about it. Just know you lost potential clients, trust, loyalty, and most of all disappointment in you for this BS. It is absolutely ridiculous. I had HIGH HOPES for you.
