If i could give a higher review I would. I thought my parcel had got lost and they sent me a picture of proof showing it had been delivered. After looking around I realised someone had left it somewhere without me knowing. I thank forte again for responding very quickly.

The customer support was awesome and extremely nice and efficient, the products I ordered were out of stock so they offered a replacement or a refund. Overall it was a really smooth resolution to the product. Thanks Bryan!

Did not get passed the checkout. Felt I was forced to buy about 100€ worth of products to avoid a 50€ shipping fee. Added 100€ worth of products, still had the 50€ shipping fee. I do not consider it a trustworthy brand
