About Fortera Apparel

Fortera Apparel is a B2B custom embroidery manufacturer producing polo shirts and uniforms for businesses across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. We specialize in custom embroidered polos for hospitality, healthcare, corporate, restaurant, real estate, automotive, security, dental, and spa industries. Our minimum order is 20 pieces per design for embroidery, making us a practical choice for boutique hotels, multi-location dental practices, real estate brokerages, restaurant groups, and corporate teams of any size. All over print items start from a single piece. We do not have hidden fees or surprise charges. Pricing is transparent and scales with quantity.Every order includes complimentary logo digitization, a service typically valued at $50 elsewhere. Before production starts, customers receive a free digital mockup within 24 hours for approval, ensuring the embroidered logo translates exactly the way it should before any thread hits fabric.Every piece is individually quality inspected. Orders are delivered in 12 to 18 business days from the moment you approve the mockup, shipped worldwide. We offer multiple fabric options including CVC cotton blends for traditional polish and performance polyester blends for moisture-wicking, stain-resistant durability. Customers can split a single order across multiple designs, mix colors and sizes freely, and personalize individual shirts with names or credentials at no extra setup cost. Our digitized embroidery files are saved on our system, so reorders months or years later produce identical results: same thread colors, same placement, same density. This consistency is why teams come back to Fortera for refresh orders instead of starting from scratch with a new vendor.Contact us at [email protected] or +1 936-260-6778 to discuss your uniform program.
